This Mother Ignored The Advice Of Her Doctor, And Saved Her Baby’s Life

Expecting mothers depend on their doctors to give them pregnancy advice. And while many women rightfully trust their doctors, one woman didn’t.

Instead, she trusted her motherly instinct, and it saved her baby’s life.

And as it turns out, not all doctors end up protecting babies in the end.

In fact, the opposite is true.

You see, some doctors are on this new kick to “eradicate” any type of birth-defect.

They are encouraging their patients to get abortions if a baby is diagnosed with Down syndrome or another medical disorder.

And often, they put pressure on the women until they gave in.

They feed their patients horror stories about how difficult it is to raise a child with a disability, and often scare frightened women into getting an abortion.

Life Action reported:

“At 20 weeks pregnant, Yvonne Exell was told that her son, Ruben, had congenital cystic adenomatoid malformation (CCAM), and doctors offered her a late-term abortion…

It was when I went to my 20-week scan that the doctors realised something was wrong,” Exell said.

I had to go to a consultant who examined me and explained to me what CCAM was. It’s abnormal tissue in the lungs which squashed his lung and heart right to the side near enough to his back.

I was given the option to terminate the pregnancy as it was unlikely the baby would survive, but there was no doubt in my mind that I would carry on.”

Yvonne’s son survived, and is thriving.

And while Yvonne was courageous, and actually saved her son’s life, not all babies get that chance.

Many pro-aborts are using the “disability loophole” as an excuse to provide abortions, even for something as minor as a cleft lip.

This notion that a baby can’t have any deformity to be born is terrifying.

Sentencing babies to die through abortion simply for having a medical condition is inhumane, but it’s happening all over the world.

Live Action continued:

“Sadly, this is one example of a larger problem in the United Kingdom, where preborn babies with disabilities are routinely targeted for death.

As Lord Peter Shinkwin, who has brittle bone disease (osteogenesis imperfecta), said, people with disabilities in the U.K. are “facing extinction.” Abortion is outlawed after 24 weeks, unless the baby has a disability or birth defect, no matter how minor — even something as correctable and small as a cleft lip.

A parliamentary commission found that parents whose preborn children are diagnosed with a disability are put under immense pressure to have an abortion, and as such, the number of abortions due to disability have sharply risen.

Between 2005 and 2015, the number of babies aborted due to disability increased by 68 percent.”

Real doctors don’t murder babies.

And those who use their power to pressure women to get an abortion should be ashamed.

All babies’ lives matter, regardless if they are diagnosed to have a physical or intellectual disability.
