The holiday season is quickly approaching us with all its glitz and glory.

And while it’s the most wonderful time of the year, many moms struggle with keeping up the healthy eating habits they’ve established early in the year.

You’re looking at diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease, cancers as well as obesity and so if we can teach kids now to make healthy choices, it becomes a lot less difficult as adults to make those healthy decisions,” says Extension Community Nutrition Instructor at MSU Extension, Paige Utterback.”
