Politicians around the country have demanded Americans cancel their holiday plans.
Others have “allowed” families to gather but not without threatening fines if they refuse to follow ridiculous guidelines like wearing masks in a public park and withholding singing.
But the same politicians who thrust out their demands to American families were caught carrying about their everyday life – without a mask.
It truly is hypocrisy at its finest, that a group of “elite” politicians enact a bunch of commands – while they themselves do whatever they want.
California is one of the strictest states – even telling families they aren’t allowed to gather in a public park if more than 3 households are present.
Insanity!
There are all sorts of “rules” on how people can serve meals (even within their own families) like no group dishes and mandatory masks (only to be removed while eating).
Yet, Governor Newsom of California was caught dining out with his elitist buddies in a restaurant – and you guessed it – no one in the group was wearing a mask!
Of course, once he was busted, he mumbled some sort of apology promising to do better.
The New York Post reported:
“Newsom and first partner Jennifer Siebel Newsom gathered with people from multiple households.
“I should have modeled better behavior,” Newsom said.”
Uh huh.
Talk about a typical politician who sits on his throne forcing mandates onto innocent Americans – while not even following his own rules.
Then we have Senator Dianne Feinstein – who thinks there should actually be a NATIONAL mask mandate.
The Daily Signal reported:
“Wearing masks in public should be mandatory,” Feinstein tweeted in July. “When the Senate takes up the next coronavirus economic relief bill later this month, I intend to offer an amendment to prohibit sending funds to states that haven’t adopted a statewide mask requirement.”
Wow.
Talk about a pretty bold statement.
Except pictures recently surfaced of Feinstein roaming through the Capitol talking to other men– without a mask!
Even more ironic – the two men she was speaking with were both wearing masks.
Unbelievable.
Somehow, politicians think they can make laws or throw around executive orders like candy yet make themselves exempt.
Meanwhile, Americans are being told if they gather together they are horrible and selfish people who aren’t taking COVID-19 seriously.
And yet again, businesses are feeling the brunt of the mandates, with reduced hours and some even being forced to close.
Why does Governor Newsom get to dine out with his wife and friends (without a mask) – yet families are being told to celebrate the holidays and “eat dinner together” over Zoom?
It’s no surprise travel was up the weekend of Thanksgiving – Americans are no longer listening to politicians – they are carrying on per usual.
In an era of “do as I say, not as I do” – it will be interesting to see how families continue to respond to politicians and their latest mandate.
Likely, more will rebel against the system, but only time will tell.
