- You Need To Grieve It:
Yuck, right? Yeah, this is the messy part.
Often times we lose our peace because we’ve stuffed away what happened, hoping to just forget about it.
And let’s be clear – we shouldn’t dwell in the past, but we should work through what hurt us and fully allow ourselves to grieve.
Did a friend stab you in the back? Were you cheated on? Did a family member cause strife in your home?
All of these things if not dealt with can brew, and can ultimately cause emotional and physical stress!
