The old saying is true – resentment is like drinking poison and expecting the other person to die.

Forgiving those that hurt us allows us to be free, and move past the pain and bitterness.

When we don’t forgive, we are stuck in a web of “playing the same tapes” over and over, and further digging the wound deeper.

But moms, make sure you do what you need to do to set healthy boundaries.
