Another victory for our president is in the books!
Beneath the liberal veneer of racial justice and hidden agendas the LGBT community struggles to keep picking at the Constitution until it bends to all their emotional whims.
But the Trump administration is not subject to the tactics of the left, and thwarted their efforts to blur the lines of gender identity.

“On Friday, the Trump administration rolled back an Obama-era rule which defined Title IX sex discrimination as including “gender identity,” thus redefining “sex” as being determined by biology and not identified as the Obama administration had done.”
LGBT activists have long been trying to widen the spectrum of identification of gender, contesting local and federal laws that limit sex to biology.
Under Obama, gender was set to be determined by however the individual felt that particular day.
This understandably led to a lot of confusion, legal discussions, and in some cases irreparable harm to children, as Mommy Underground has previously reported.
Federal Title IX statue protects anyone from being discriminated against on the basis of “sex.”
The Obama-era interpretation included gender identity in Title IX, allowing this mandate to stray way outside its purview.
Because of this misguided rule “medical professionals could have been forced to facilitate gender reassignment surgeries and abortions — even if they believed this was a violation of their conscience or believed it harmful to the patient,” said Mary Beth Waddell of the Family Research Council said, according to the AP.
In a beaming sign that the Trump administration has not dropped the ball on any of the important issues despite the veil of the pandemic, the Department of Health and Human Services declared they will “once again be defining sex as determined by biology,” report Activist Mommy.
Now, as it was intended, Title IX will protect against discrimination for being the gender you were born as.
This was made possible by the Trump administration’s argument listed in the federal register that the prior rule “risked masking clinically relevant, and sometimes vitally important, information by requiring providers and insurers to switch from a scientifically valid and biologically based system of tracking sex to one based on subjective self-identification according to gender identity.”
A man cannot be discriminated against as a woman and a woman cannot be discriminated against as a man; and now the law backs up that simple truth.
While legislation in recent years has seemed to take several steps back regarding protections for family and conservative values, it is inspiring to see that we have a president who is not going to allow his administration to be bullied by liberal antics.
