If you are feeling extra anxious or worried, it’s okay to talk to your doctor about it.

It could be a simple spell, or you could be suffering from postpartum depression.

Do not feel shame, many women experience these feelings.

If it helps to talk to a counselor, then make that appointment. Or, even talking it out with your husband or close friend can be helpful.

But resist the urge to “grin and bear it” and do not suffer in silence.

Most important, give yourself grace. The house does not have to be perfect. It’s okay if all the clothes aren’t folded.
