If you’ve resorted to getting your nightly meals at a drive-through, this should serve as a wake-up call.

That’s not to say you need to cook a three-course meal every night, but living off the dollar menu is not the way to go, and an example that your life is unmanageable.

If you’re too busy to shop for groceries, consider signing up for a meal ordering service.

Or, designate one night a week to meal prep healthy meals for the week.

During the highest points of your stress, making sure you and your family are getting the proper nutrition is an absolute must.

While being a mom can certainly cause a fair share of stress, it is also one of the most rewarding honors a woman can hold.

To raise a child and train them in the way they should go is a huge responsibility.

So moms, give yourself a break!

If you find your stress levels rising, consider partaking in healthy activities such as going for a walk, or spending an afternoon relaxing with a good book.

And of course, ask the Lord to give you strength, He is willing and able!
