Here’s A Snapshot Of All The States Protecting Girls From “Transgender” Madness

The Biden administration has launched a full-blown assault on young girls – but these states are fighting back.

If Biden and his new Supreme Court Justice Judge Jackson have their way – “transgender” athletes will ruin female sports forever.

But thankfully states’ rights run supreme (at least for now) – and here’s a quick look at which states are focused on protecting our girls.

Alabama

In Alabama, students in grades K-12 are not allowed to compete against athletes who are of a different biological gender – unless the actual event includes both biological genders like a co-ed sporting event.

Arizona

Arizona Governor Doug Ducey signed a bill into law prohibiting “transgender” athletes at all public schools – and private schools that compete against them.

Arkansas

Arkansas Governor Asa Hutchinson signed the “Fairness in Women’s Sports Act,” into law which prohibits men from competing in female sports.

Florida

Conservative hero Ron DeSantis signed a bill letting LGBT activists know he wouldn’t put up with their threats in his state.

All public school sporting teams must have same-sex participants – banning biological men from joining girl’s teams.

NPR reported:

“In Florida, girls are going to play girls sports and boys are going to play boys sports,” Gov. Ron DeSantis said as he signed the bill into law.”

Idaho

Idaho was the first state in America to ban “transgender” athletes from participating in female sports at all public schools and universities.

The Fairness in Women’s Sports Act was signed into law by Governor Brad Little and has faced legal challenges.

While the lawsuit was temporarily halted, it appears it will continue to move forward this year.

Iowa

Earlier this year, Iowa Governor Kim Reynolds signed a bill banning “transgender girls” from participating in female high school and college sports.

 PBS reported:

“No amount of talent, training or effort can make up for the natural physical advantages males have over females. It’s simply a reality of human biology,” Reynolds said. “Forcing females to compete against males is the opposite of inclusivity and it’s absolutely unfair.”

 Mississippi

Leading the way, Mississippi was one of the first states to ban “transgender” athletes from competing in girls’ sports by passing the “Mississippi Fairness Act.”

The bill was clear female sports are not open to biological men.

Montana

Governor Greg Gianforte signed a bill into law banning “transgender” youth from playing on sporting teams

Oklahoma

Oklahoma’s new robust laws bans “transgender” athletes from competing on sports teams at all public schools, public charter schools – and even public colleges in Oklahoma.

 South Dakota

Last year, Governor Krisi Noem issued two executive orders protecting girls by only allowing biological females to play on women teams.

And earlier this year, Noem signed a bill into law which states “Only female students, based on their biological sex, may participate in any team, sport, or athletic event designated as being for females, women, or girls.”

 Tennessee

Tennessee Gov. Bill Lee signed a bill into law requiring students to show their assigned biological sex at birth in order to play middle or high school sports.

Texas

Texas Governor Greg Abbott signed a bill into law banning athletes from participating in K-12 sports that is different from their biological sex assigned at birth.

 West Virginia

West Virginia signed a bill requiring all public school and state college athletes be assigned to sports teams based on their birth gender – not their “gender identity.”

A federal court has currently blocked the law – but we could see further procedural movement with this case over the next few months.

In some areas of the country, girls continue to lose scholarships and have their dreams crushed by biological men competing against them on their sports teams.

But thankfully more states continue to work up legislation to protect our girls – and we’ll continue to keep you updated on the fight against “transgender” sports madness!
