Mellowing With Age? Not This Radical Progressive Celebrity

We often think that adults mature as they age, changing their perspective on things they may once have believed when they were younger as they gain life experience.

We all go through our rebellious stages in life, making rash decisions and forming opinions that we eventually grow out of.

But one celebrity isn’t changing her tune, still spouting the same offensive messaging that she did decades ago – and, in fact, she’s become even more obscene.

Once a mega-celebrity, Madonna is still releasing albums and touring at sixty years old.

Most popular in the 80s and known for brash sexual overtones in her music and performances, she has also made a point of using her fame to advance the progressive agenda – even before “social justice warrior” became a catch-phrase.

Now, Madonna is back with a new album, and she’s just as offensive as ever – perhaps even more so.

Not only does she continue to emphasize sexuality in her performances, she has increased her anti-religious rhetoric now that it is even more “popular” to do so in our divisive political climate.

Raised in a traditional Catholic family, Madonna has always ridiculed the Christian faith, going so far as to be downright sacrilegious in her messaging.

For some reason, though, Madonna seems to still think she is Catholic and even pokes fun at the fact that she believes she has been “excommunicated a few times,” (apparently not even understanding the formal process) during an interview reported on by LifeSite News.

In that interview, she even said she can “say whatever I want and do whatever I want” speaking about her “relationship” with the Catholic Church.

In that regard, Madonna was asked what she might like to discuss with the current Pope if she were given the opportunity to meet him.

Did she consider seeking absolution or forgiveness, or asking how she could make the world a better place as most of us would do if we were to meet the Pope?

No, Madonna said she would like to discuss abortion with the pontiff because she feels that times have changed and that Jesus would want women to “do whatever they want with their bodies.”

It’s no surprise that the uber-left-wing singer is anti-life and supportive of the LGBT takeover of our culture, but she feels no shame or regret at all in blatantly criticizing her religious roots.

Like many celebrities, Madonna doesn’t feel she needs to be held accountable for anything that she says or does.

She once said that seeing a Crucifix hanging in church brought to mind sexuality and sensuality and that it was reminiscent of a “pagan” symbol.

She believes that women can do many “marvelous and wonderful and magical things” like being prostitutes or political leaders, jobs she thinks are equally respectable and “admirable.”

We are skeptical that the current Pope will have an audience with Madonna as he’s likely aware of her anti-life, anti-religious views, but she still believes she may receive an invitation, thinking that this Pope is more liberal than those who have come before him.

“…I also feel like this new pope is kind of groovy, and I think we might be able to get together and have a chat about sex,” according to MRC.

And not just a discussion about sex with the Pope, but also about how she believes Jesus Himself would be accepting of the slaughter of the unborn so rampant in our culture today.

It’s typical of radical leftists to think that their worldview is the only correct one and that everyone should simply agree with them.

But we’re pretty sure that the leader of the Catholic Church isn’t going to fall prey to this agenda, no matter what one washed-up celebrity thinks.

And if she hasn’t formally been excommunicated before, perhaps saying that our Savior condones the murder of the unborn would complete the process.

It’s high time that wealthy, entitled celebrities stop spreading propaganda that works to dissolve the traditional family, eradicate tradition, destroy innocent life, and mock Christianity.

A new “social justice” video has been released to coincide with Madonna’s recent album.  Images include celebrating immigration and refugee populations, LBGT “pride,” the anti-life Women’s March on Washington, and plenty of other progressive ideology.

Perhaps we’d all be better off if Madonna would consider retirement.

What do you think of Madonna’s sickening claim that Jesus would support abortion and that she wants to discuss it with the Pope?  Leave us your thoughts.
