Teach your child a routine of taking medicine when they’re
This could include something like instructing your child to first take a bath and then take their medicine. Or get them in the habit of learning to take medicine with meals or before bedtime.
The key is to get your child into a good rhythm. If your child is used to taking their medicine at the same time every day or in a certain way, it will become habit to them and it will become more routine.
You’ll soon learn, if your child knows to expect medicine at a certain time, it will become second nature to them, and they’ll fight you less!
