It is apparent to all of America that the media is extremely bias in favor of the liberal left.
In their efforts to praise the left and degrade anything or anyone with conservative values, they have made those who strongly follow a detrimental agenda into pop culture icons.
No one has made the liberal celebrity A-list quite like Ruth Bader Ginsburg, who went from being a Supreme Court judge to a popular hashtag.
A long time liberal supporter, the 85-year-old justice started her career with the aim to break glass ceilings, and alter the status quo.
However, her push for change has not always been in the best interests of women, as Mommy Underground has previously reported, or American citizens in general. There are a few notable cases she presided in that were marked a sad day for this nation.
Ginsburg did not get her way in the case of Bush v. Gore, a pivotal case where a manual recount of Florida ballots were called for in the 2000 presidential elections, but she made it known she was not happy with the outcome.
Bush’s campaign got an application granted that stopped the manual recount, in which Ginsburg responded in her written opinion “I dissent”, according to NBC News. This was considered harsh in comparison to traditional courtroom phrasing.
These two words have become extremely popular by liberals, initiating a slew of pop culture gear and written material idolizing Ginsburg’s position.
Even the “Notorious RBG”, as she has been referred to by adorning fans, is seen sporting her own material. Fox News reported:
“In recent years she’s emerged as a pop icon, traveling often and carrying a bag emblazoned with the words ‘I dissent,’ reflecting her status as the leader of the court’s four-member liberal minority.”
In 2015, the case Obergefell v. Hodges granted same-sex couples the right to marry in all 50 states, undermining traditional values and damaging the family unit.
Ginsburg has been extremely outspoken in her support for the LGBT community, going as far as officiating same-sex weddings, according to NPR. Her position has been thought to affect public opinion in the Obergefell case.
Prior to the 2015 ruling, Ginsburg thought that “Marriage was a relationship of a dominant male to a subordinate female,” according to The Guardian.
It is ironic that she said this when she spent most of her adult life married to the same man, Martin Ginsburg, boasting that “meeting him as the greatest fortune of her life.”, as reported by The Guardian.
Championing for the LGBT community has made her a sort of mentor and leader for the their crusade, making one of the most prestigious arenas of legislation more of a side-show.
In the case Sessions v. Dimaya just last year, Ginsburg aided the courts in rejecting legislation that would ensure those who were in the country illegally to have to leave until they went through the proper channels.
It was thought of as a big win for Ginsburg who has not kept it a secret that she disapproves of Trump’s views on immigration policy.
It is alarming that an intelligent woman like Ginsburg would not see the danger to American citizens in keeping illegal immigrants within the border.
Many deaths have been by violent gang members who are in the nation illegally, as Mommy Underground has previously reported, most of which could have been prevented if people were only allowed to reside in this country after retaining citizenship.
In one of RBG’s most sinister involvements, she aided in striking down a bill that would impose strict requirements on abortion providers in the Whole Woman’s Health v. Hellerstedt case in 2016.
Texas wanted to make abortions more difficult to obtain by making abortion providers meet the same standards of outpatient surgical centers, according to the Center for Reproductive Rights, which would have saved many lives.
The bill is known as H.B. 2, and Ginsburg had this to say about it, as seen in the transcripts by the North Carolina General Assembly:
“It is beyond rational belief that H.B. 2 could genuinely protect the health of women, and certain that the law would simply make it more difficult for them to obtain abortions.. So long as this Court adheres to Roe v. Wade and Planned Parenthood of Southeastern Pa. v. Casey, Targeted Regulation of Abortion Providers laws like H.B. 2 that do little or nothing for health, but rather strew impediments to abortion, cannot survive judicial inspection.”
RBG has made it clear that she wants women to continue in killing their children in the womb when they feel it inhibits them from being equal with men.
Through all the efforts Ginsburg has poured into ensuring some women are never born, ironically, feminists have revered her through designing t-shirts, and mimicking her look- as if that is how you truly honor someone. It has nothing to do with their character, right?
Banana Republic, the popular apparel company, has re-created Ginsburg’s jabot that she is often seen wearing over her judiciary robe. The announcement by the company expresses excitement for the accessory, writing #NotoriousRBG.
Not one, but two movies have recently premiered centered around Ginsburg, solidifying her position as a status symbol for all things liberal.
The first was “On the Basis of Sex”, which is a fictionalized account of Ginsburg’s earlier days as a law professor, followed by her involvement with the American Civil Liberties Union.
On a different cinematic level is “RBG”, a documentary of Ginsburg’s entire life, from childhood to her current position as Supreme Court Justice.

Documentaries can be a hard sell in the movie business, so Julie Cohen, director and producer of RBG, is happy to exploit Ginsburg’s recent fame.
The Guardian reports on Cohen’s opinion of RBG’s popularity:
“A documentary about the constitutional underpinning of women’s rights isn’t the easiest sell. So, this sudden interest in an 85-year-old woman, turning her into pretty much a rock star, was terrific for us.”
Liberals seem to be taking Ginsburg’s celebrity status in jest by the way they are adorning themselves with cheap RBG paraphernalia.
The issues that the elderly justice has bullied with her wide public appeal are no light matters.
Illegal immigration, abortion, and same-sex marriage are all monumental fails for America and it’s citizens. They are nothing to be praised, joked about, or put onto a purse.
While having equal rights for a man and a woman are sensible aspirations, that should not bleed into a woman being able to take another life just because it is in the womb; these are not comparable.
Being popular is not a problem in itself, the problem lies when important political issues become no more than a cliché. We can hope that liberals will expose their demoralizing agenda by their own demise, morphing media frenzy with the once honorable courtroom.
