Activist Judge Rules Father Can’t Stop Underage Daughter From Becoming “Transgender”

When a 14-year-old confused girl wanted to get male hormone treatment to become a boy, her father said absolutely not.

But in a shocking turn of events, a crazy activist judge actually ruled against the wishes of the father siding with the teenage girl.

And even worse, you won’t believe the charge being leveled against this dad should he dare stand in the way.

To start, the young girl in the center of the battle is only 14-years-old.

The 14-year-old girl is mentally ill and was threatening to kill herself if she wasn’t allowed to proceed with “becoming a boy.”

Clearly, to any adult with common sense, this should be a red flag.

People in their right minds don’t threaten to kill themselves and they certainly don’t demand to change genders.

So when the father put his foot down and stood his ground and refused the hormone treatments, that just should have been the end of it.

After all, he is the father.

But the judge ruled that by prohibiting the girl to move forward against “transitioning” to a boy it would be considered an act of “family violence”, and he ruled in favor of the teenage girl, despite the father’s objection.

Referred to as “A.B.”, the judge goes on to sneer, almost boast that he knows full well the dad isn’t on board, but he’s siding with the mentally ill teenage girl anyways.

The National Post reported:

“The totality of the evidence regarding A.B.’s medical needs … leads me to conclude that his hormone treatment should not be delayed further,” the judge wrote.

“While A.B.’s father does not consent to the treatment, I am satisfied that A.B.’s consent is sufficient for the treatment to proceed.”

Further reports show it was the school that was persuading the 14-year-old girl to move forward with hormone treatments – despite the objection of the father.

Listed as “Maxine” in this article – as it turns out the father was rightfully skeptical of his daughter’s mental health the entire time.

The Federalist reported:

“Maxine* was encouraged by her school counselor in BC’s Delta School District to identify as a boy while in seventh grade. When Maxine was 13 years old, Dr. Brenden Hursh and his colleagues at BC Children’s Hospital decided that Maxine should begin taking testosterone injections in order to develop a more masculine appearance.

Although Maxine’s mother was ultimately willing to support hormone injections, her father Clark* was concerned about the permanent ramifications of cross-sex hormones. Suspecting that his daughter’s mental health issues might be more the cause than the effect of her gender dysphoria, he ultimately decided that it would be better for her to wait until she was older before she embarked on an irreversible course of treatment.”

It is horrifying to think a school would be so consumed with pushing their pro-LGBT agenda, they were willing to sacrifice a mentally-ill child to make their case.

The school deliberately turned this daughter against her father, and further continued to feed her lies that getting male hormones was the right thing to do.

And as for the judge… it’s clear he is bought and paid for by the LGBT agenda.

To have the audacity to claim the dad, who was trying to simply protect his daughter, would be charged with “family violence” simply for trying to stop his daughter from permanently ruining her life is outrageous.

This shocking ruling shows anything is on the table, and if allowed to get away with it, judges will continue to use their power to pit child against parent.

In a horrific abuse of denying this dad his parental rights, this judge’s ruling set a dangerous precedent that is bound to have horrific consequences.

What are your thoughts on the judge’s decision to ignore the dad’s objection from allowing his daughter to “turn into a boy”?

Do you agree with the judge’s accusation of “family violence” should the dad try and stop his daughter?
