Epic LGBT vs Christian Battle Took Place On A College Campus And You Won’t Believe Who Won

College Universities are notorious for backing LGBT students and discriminating against conservatives.

In fact, most conservative groups don’t stand a chance on college campuses, and if a group happens to be Christian, forget it.

And when one Christian group refused to let an openly homosexual person run for a leadership position, the University retaliated in a major way.

But instead of bowing down and giving up, this Christian group fought back, and you won’t believe the end result.

The controversy started when an openly homosexual activist wanted to be in charge, yet refused to follow the group’s guidelines, which stated they believed sexual acts were reserved for heterosexual marriages.

And in typical leftist fashion, he threw a fit, claiming he was being “discriminated” against, for not being able to run for leadership in a group – even though he disagreed with everything the group stood for.

And even worse, the University backed him off, and kicked the group off campus.

But the Christian group scored a major victory, and this latest win has restored some faith in the justice system.

LifeSite News reported:

“U.S. District Court Judge Stephanie Rose granted a temporary injunction blocking the University of Iowa’s (UI) ban against the campus Christian group Business Leaders in Christ (BLinC).

Tuesday’s decision allowed BLinC to recruit at a fair in the student union on Wednesday.

“The University has to stop discriminating against BLinC because of its religious beliefs,” Becket Fund attorney Eric Baxter stated in a press release.

“Every other group on campus gets to select leaders who embrace their mission. Religious groups don’t get second-class treatment…

BLinC hopes its lawsuit “serves as a reminder to universities everywhere that they cannot discriminate against student groups just because they don’t like their beliefs.”

Nicole Russell at the Washington Examiner opined, “Hopefully, this will be a step toward ensuring that religious student groups are treated the same as all other groups on campus rather than being ostracized for their faith.”

It is ridiculous to think you can run for leadership of an organization while openly refusing to follow its guidelines.

LGBT activists always think the rules don’t apply to them, and they can do whatever they want, whenever they want.

And even worse, they pull stunts like this all the time, and then cry they are being discriminated against.

The Christian group even admitted they would have let the LGBT activist run, if he would simply have signed the guidelines.

But he wouldn’t.

While this Christian group scored a major victory, sadly the stories don’t always end this way.

Hopefully other Christian groups across the country will be empowered by this story and stand up to LGBT thugs on their college campus.

Do you agree with the court’s decision to reinstate the Christian group on campus?

Who do you think will ultimately win the culture battle – Christians or the LBGT community?
