Ginsburg Has Passed – And Hopefully An Era Of Death And Defeat With Her

The “Notorious RBG”- Supreme Court Justice turned celebrity- has lost her uphill battle with cancer.

Ruth Bader Ginsburg worked hard to pave her own way into a honorable position, but has left the nation with next to no worthy causes.

It’s a shame her efforts to change the world only sunk us deeper into immorality- just think how she could have moved mountains for good if she were a conservative.

On September 18, 2020, Ruth Bader Ginsburg passed away at 87 from complications of pancreatic cancer in her home surrounded by loved ones, according to Politico.

Ginsburg began her professional journey at Cornell University before moving to Fort Sill in Oklahoma with her husband; where she gave birth to her first child, Jane.

Later the family moved to Harvard Law School, where Ginsburg was one of only nine women brave enough to forge an eduction in a predominately male arena.

Despite the obstacles, in 1980 President Jimmy Carter unsurprisingly chose the iconic beacon of the left for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit.

Thirteen years later, President Bill Clinton appointed her for a Supreme Court justice seat; and it was passed with overwhelming favor in the Democratic led Senate.

Clinton chose her because of her work with “women’s rights”, including the “freedom” to kill a child in the womb with no consequence.

Fast forward to today and we have the second-longest-serving member of the court’s current bench who never let Clinton down in her pursuits – but unfortunately has let down countless children who never had the right to life, and women who were harmed so the liberal agenda could thrive.

In 2013, Texas bill H.B. 2 wanted to make abortions illegal past 20 weeks and require doctors doing the heinous acts meet the standards of outpatient surgical centers, as Mommy Underground has previously reported, but this proved too restrictive for Ginsburg’s abortion-on-demand views so she stopped it.

More recently, Ginsburg was under fire for insulting grieving mothers everywhere, as well as moms to be, by saying that pregnant women aren’t mothers, as Mommy Underground has previously reported.

Some efforts were worthwhile, such as her ruling in United States v. Virginia where she helped women be able to attend the once all-male Virginia Military Institute in 1996.

But now that an open seat is available a political war has been raged by her loyal liberal followers to keep the “Notorious RBG” space open until someone other than President Donald Trump is in Office.

Ginsburg’s grand-daughter, Clara Spera, even claims Ginsburg’s dying request echoed this desire as Politico reports on her words:

My most fervent wish is that I will not be replaced until a new president is installed.”

President Trump has already nominated two conservative Supreme Court justices, Gorsuch and Kavanaugh, making a third nomination the weight needed to tip the scales to a cemented conservative majority.

There is only about six weeks before the presidential election, and if Biden is elected as president, it would result in a liberal nomination for the Supreme Court Justice seat.

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell has left no question as to whether they plan on trying to move forward with swearing in a Trump appointed Supreme Court Justice prior to the election.

And we couldn’t be more grateful!

In the Supreme Court as it stands, unborn children have a fighting chance at life with one less homicidal mind making judgement calls for women.

As of now the court’s rulings have been favoring abortion and LGBT interests, but with a conservative run court we could see rulings that favor life, morality, and true constitutional values.

Death brings sadness, grief, and anger; but it also brings perspective, appreciation, and change.

The latter could be the thing that brings us together at a tumultuous time in our nation.
