Now is the time to pass on your wisdom!

Help your children decide what activities they actually want to participate in. Explain to them while there are always many things to do, it’s important to prioritize what is most important.

If they want to run track, play football, AND wrestling, help them pick one to focus on for the season.

Or if your daughter wants to do ballet, gymnastics, cheerleading, AND soccer, help her to realize it’s impossible to do it all.

While your children are young, now is the time to teach them healthy habits.
