Mass Shooting Has Liberals Chattering, And It’s Worse Than You Think

Many take tragedy as a call for unity, leaning on one another for support. However, liberals have used the limelight devastation brings to call attention to their platforms.

Despite left-wing attempts to shift the focus to political agendas, the President has helped the nation mourn those we have lost in the recent tragedy.

Sunday night, the devastation of life lost echoed across the nation as a lone gunman took the lives of innocent attendees of a music festival.

Fox News reported:

A gunman turned a Las Vegas concert into a killing field Sunday night from his perch on the 32nd floor of the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino, using at least 10 guns to rain down a steady stream of fire, murdering at least 58 people and injuring more than 500 others in the deadliest mass shooting in modern United States history.”

Thousands were gathered at the Route 91 Harvest Festival in Las Vegas, Nevada listening to country music star Jason Aldean when sounds began that many thought were fireworks.

Attendee Brian MacKinnon said, “It sounded like fireworks, like a cracking sound right behind us.” according to the LA Times.

When the sound continued, it was quickly recognized it was gunshots in rapid progression. Crowds ran to take cover, but with the mass of fans, too many didn’t make it to safety.

The deranged murderer was identified as 64-year-old Stephen Paddock of Mesquite, Nevada. His girlfriend, Marilou Danley called him a “professional gambler”, according to Fox News.

Paddock had a career history in accounting, and working for Lockheed Martin. The multi-millionaire died of a self-inflicted wound upon the SWAT team entering his hotel room, according to LVMPD Under sheriff Kevin McMahill.

The firing site was located on the 32nd floor of the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino, which sat across from the festival location.

Like all things that get the media’s attention, the gruesome scenario was turned political. Liberals were chomping at the bit to use this deplorable man’s actions as a soapbox for gun control agendas, among other things.

MSNBC host Joy Reid, liberal Washington Post blogger Paul Waldman, and Associated Press reporter Erica Werner were all tweeting how it was the gun’s fault, shortly after the mass shooting occurred, according to the Washington Examiner.

Waldman took note to compare our gun laws with Britain. A country where they took the guns, so the criminals used knives. They tried to take the knives, so the criminals began throwing acid on their victims.

It is clear from the reports that it was Paddock who pulled the trigger, and not a gun mishap.

It is time we stop blaming the tool for the sins of the user. The travesty of responsibility is that society lacks a respect for the sanctity of life.

All lives, in and out of the womb, are precious. When citizens begin to think they are in a position to be judge and jury on the value of a life, killing will ensue.

That is just the issue with a liberal’s disturbing tweet concerning the shooting.

Info Wars reported:

An anti-Trump activist with the Twitter name ‘Ann #TheResistance’ who is also a teacher reacted to the deadliest mass shooting in American history by tweeting, “Lots of white Trump supporters in Las Vegas at route 21 watching Jason Aldean. Pray only Trumptards died! #prayforvegas.”

It is shameful that a teacher, nonetheless, said such horrific denunciations. This is a woman parents entrust their children’s education with. She should be fired at minimum.

This is not the only homicidal comments on Twitter concerning white, Trump supporters.

A Twitter user by the name Puppy Curly tweeted, “I hope they killed more than 25 Trump supporters lol,” according to Info Wars.

This kind of atrocious hostility toward someone with oppositional views is rampant among liberal supporters. These are from the same group of people that want to end the violence.

Murder is a condition that reverberates deeper than the weapon used for the heinous act. Although, Paddock’s motive is unclear, there are those eager to sign off on the shooting.

Fox News reported:

The Islamic State terror group took credit for the Las Vegas shooting, saying the gunman converted to Islam months ago, but provided no evidence to back up the claim.”

Federal officials are not corroborating the Islamic claim, and seem to have no hard proof of Paddock’s motive.

Terrorist acts have historically held that the only motivation is mass casualties of non-Islamic citizens.

Whether it is truly the Islamic State or not, Paddock did wreak terror on U.S. soil. It is hard to imagine someone who has “no history of mental illness”, according to his brother Eric Paddock, seeing a plan to this magnitude going to fruition.

Fox News reported:

President Trump said the mass shooting “was an act of pure evil,” and praised first responders in an address to the nation.

To the families of the victims, we are praying for you and we are here for you,” Trump said, adding that he will visit Las Vegas on Wednesday to meet with first responders and families.”

Just as in our recent disasters, with Hurricane Irma and Harvey, Trump has proven his sincerity and responsibility for this nation through his support.

It is a sad time for the United States. The biggest mass shooting in modern U.S. history has captivated the diverted attention of citizens across the globe.

This is not a time for kneeling, rioting, or political agendas. We are in an era where we need to raise our heads, pray for the wounded victims and loved ones of the deceased, and remember we are all one nation under God.
