Pope Francis Uttered This Dangerous Statement Regarding Homosexuality

In a series of shocking reports, Pope Francis was said to have made a remark which provided cover to those living a homosexual lifestyle.

Even worse, his comment gave ammunition to LGBT activists, who are seeking to infiltrate the church with their agenda and use religious leaders to further their cause.

But the most dangerous part is, if people read the Pope’s remarks, they might actually believe his comment is true, and to those entangled in same-sex relationships, the consequences could have a crippling effect.

Pope Francis was said to have a conversation with an openly homosexual man and instead of encouraging him to abandon his life of sin, he told the man “God made you gay,” and that “God loved him.

But the truth is, while God does love each and every person, including the openly homosexual man, God does not make people fall into sin.

And even worse, to suggest God is the author of sin, is to misrepresent His character.

LifeSite News reported:

“According to multiple reports, a gay man who visited Pope Francis at the Vatican last week is alleging the Pope told him, “God made you gay.”

The allegation comes from Juan Carlos Cruz, one of the child victims of sexual abuse by Chilean clergy. The comment has quickly coiled around the world.

Such a strong remark, from such a seat of moral and spiritual authority, would surely tighten the already strong grip of LGBT ideology.

In this alleged comment, the Jesuit Pontiff made a giant leap from his already confounding, impenetrable, “Who am I to judge?” suggesting to the world that the Church is treading down a path to justifying LGBT identity and activity as fully normal. Such a path would be impossible for the Church of Christ.”

The Bible is crystal clear, marriage is between one man, and one woman.

Genesis reveals the riveting story on God’s design for man and woman.

Genesis 2:22-24 stated:

“Then the Lord God made a woman from the rib He had taken out of the man, and He brought her to the man.

The man said,

“This is now bone of my bones

    and flesh of my flesh;

she shall be called ‘woman,’

for she was taken out of man.”

That is why a man leaves his father and mother and is united to his wife, and they become one flesh.”

Since the union of a man and woman in marriage is the closet form of intimacy that can be experienced on Earth, and points to Christ’s ultimate marriage with His bridegroom, the church, Satan has attacked it from the beginning.

Since the garden, Satan has worked overtime to corrupt everything sacred and holy about biblical manhood and womanhood.

And true Bible teaching churches, refuse to compromise on God’s stance regarding homosexuality.

It is not okay, and it should not be something that should be celebrated or condoned.

Living in a fallen world, we all struggle with sin, and many of us have strongholds that are hard to break.

And while there are people who struggle with same-sex attraction, to pass the blame onto God for “making them that way”, is simply not true.

But the solution to sin is repentance, and turning back to the Bible, not warping God’s word to fit a twisted agenda.

Not only is the Pope’s comment dangerous, it’s a misrepresentation of what God’s word actually says.

Sin is equal to death, but God is the author of life.

And while it’s true while we were still sinners, Christ died for us, it is wrong for the Pope to use His authority to suggest God created sin, or condones it.

Sin is a result of living in a fallen, broken world.

By sending the message to those living a homosexual lifestyle that “God made them that way”, they will not be motivated to seek repentance.

It’s critical the church gets this issue right, as people who are trapped in the darkness of sin need the light and love of the truth, not cover to go on living an enslaved lifestyle.
