A school board rammed through startling LGBT guidelines that left parents horrified and outraged.
Despite the protest of parents, this schoolboard overstepped their boundaries, and you won’t believe what they are allowing to take place in their district.
And the worst part of all is the schoolboard deliberately kept parents in the dark at what is really taking place with their children.
Let’s start with the basics.
Parents should have full control over their children and be able to override school officials.
It is parents who birth (or adopt) and raise their children.
It is parents who train up a child in the way he/she should go, and set morals and boundaries for their children.
And it is parents who should make the rules regarding what their children are subjected to.
But eager schoolboard officials are trying to take away parental rights, and force through grotesque LBGT policies.
In fact, LGBT officials are obsessed with forcing their beliefs onto children, like the kindergarten teacher who forced her children to undergo a “transition” ceremony, leaving children traumatized months after.
And while some schools used to allow parents to “opt out” of teaching LGBT policies, the latest trend is completely eliminating parental rights.
That’s right.
Parents are being told they have no say over what is being taught to their child, or what policies their child must follow.
The schools are giving full reign to students, and keeping parents in the dark at what is happening behind closed doors.
Even more terrifying, the policies being implemented in one Florida district are disguised and marked as “safe”, when in fact they open up innocent children to sexual assault and abuse by forcing the unthinkable.
The latest policies include allowing students to “choose their gender”, and share the locker room or bathroom with the gender they “identify with.”
It also went on to guarantee “transgender” students the right to participate in overnight trips, which means a “transgender’ male could sleep in the same area as a female, simply because he “identifies” as a female!
As if these guidelines aren’t horrific enough, the worst part of all is the school is doing it against the will of the parents.
Schools are giving students the full right to “choose their gender”, even if parents object.
LifeSite News reported:
“Of particular concern was the guidelines’ declaration that “it is up to the student, and the student alone, to share her/his/their identity.” Several parents feared that meant keeping parents in the dark about their own kids – an interpretation Superintendent Todd Bowden appeared to confirm.
“To our students, I say this: I see you. You do not need permission from your parent or anyone else to be lesbian, gay, transgender, questioning, intersex or asexual. You exist,” he declared at the meeting. “This district while I am superintendent will respect the rights of and serve the unique needs of every student, every day, whatever it takes.”
The dangerous precedent being brought forward is terrifying.
Parents should 100 percent have the right and authority to shield their children from these sick and dangerous policies.
