This Famous Star Almost Got Away With Sexually Assaulting Children – Until Now

In today’s sad reality, it appears money and connections can buy an individual out of almost any sketchy situation.

And one man took advantage of his status and has gotten away with sexually assaulting and sleeping with underage children, without even a slap on the wrist.

But in a stunning turn of events, a coordinated effort of women and music industry leaders have finally blown the lid on the deception of lies, and it looks like justice might finally be served to this crooked sexual predator.

In the case of R&B singer R. Kelly, the evidence trail of his sexual misconduct runs deep.

Almost 20 years ago he was indicted with 21 counts of child pornography when a tape was discovered of Kelly having sexual intercourse with a young teen and forcing her to perform horrific sexual acts, and videotaping it.

Tragically, he was found “not guilty”, since the jury couldn’t “prove” the young teen in question was actually a minor.

And a few years later when authorities tried to get him again on discovered nude photos of an underage 12-year-old girl, the charges were dropped due to “lack of probable cause for the search warrant”.

So Kelly continued to get away with his actions, and make millions selling records, often producing songs boasting about his “sexual energy”.

And while he often paid money to “silence” his victims, forcing them to sign non-disclosure agreements, it looks like the truth has finally been revealed.

In a stunning new docuseries appropriately titled “Surviving R. Kelly”, over 50 people have come forward, including women Kelly sexually abused and even eye witness accounts from men in his circle at the horror they witnessed.

One woman opened up about how she saw Kelly having sex with a 15-year-old teenage girl on a tour bus.

But it wasn’t just one girl Kelly assaulted.

You see, R. Kelly was reported to have “hung around” high schools to recruit young and impressionable teenage girls to use their “talent” and sing for him.

However once Kelly won their trust, he took advantage of them and slept with them.

His calculated and premeditated actions are the making of a sexual predator, and that’s exactly the man he was and is today.

Even worse, he arrogantly threw his actions into the spotlight and hid in plain sight with songs he appeared in such “Age Ain’t Nothin’ But A Number” which was a duet with the same young teen R. Kelly was caught sleeping with on the tour bus.

Absolutely sickening.

But even more horrific is the number of stars who knew what he was doing, and remained silent, both then and now.

However, some stars like John Legend are speaking out and calling out R. Kelly in a public way.

When people commended Legend for appearing in the documentary, he tweeted:

“To everyone telling me how courageous I am for appearing in the doc, it didn’t feel risky at all. I believe these women and don’t give a f**k about protecting a serial child rapist. Easy decision.”

If only the men surrounding R. Kelly at the time had spoken up and said something then, innocent lives would have been saved.

But the docuseries has new allegations about Kelly still running a “sex cult” from his home, and let’s hope this time the charges actually stick and he serves the long overdue time for his heinous acts of sexual violence against countless women.

Have you seen Lifetime’s new docuseries “Surviving R. Kelly”?

Do you think R. Kelly is guilty and should finally do time for the unknown number of women he’s sexually assaulted?
