President Trump has had enough of rogue LGBT activists forcing the world to accept their “transgender’ bathroom policies.
One can’t turn on the news without a liberal activist crying because they were denied being able to use the bathroom related to their chosen gender of the day.
In order to stop the madness, Trump ordered his administration to issue a massive statement, which changes the game.
And now, LGBT activists have been put on notice, their frivolous complaints are no longer noted.
Trump’s bold decision states they will no longer pay attention or investigate complaints from “transgender” students who claim they are discriminated against for using a bathroom of the opposite gender.
LifeSite News reported:
“BuzzFeed reports that this is the “first time officials have asserted this position publicly as an interpretation of law,” adding that “no formal announcement has been made.”
Last year, the nascent Trump administration rejected guidance on transgender bathroom use issued by the Obama White House which had directed schools to allow students to use whatever bathroom they choose according to their perceived gender identity.
While a formal announcement has yet to be made, BuzzFeed News reports that an Education Department spokesperson has confirmed that the Trump Administration will carry that decision to its logical conclusion.
The news comes amid conflicting court decisions concerning the issues of transgender usage of school restrooms and locker rooms.
The Obama Administration asserted that Title IX protections against sexual discrimination also applied to gender identity.”
Trump’s move is a bold clash from the ways of the Obama administration, who encouraged students to live the “gender of their choice.”
The bathroom war has caused frustration among parents, who were irate at knowing their teenage daughters were being forced to share the bathroom with men.
But Trump’s decision aligns with what most Americans desire.
As Mommy Underground previously reported, businesses like Target who decided to embrace “transgender bathrooms”, are now paying the price, as angry parents responded by taking their business elsewhere.
Target refused to get the memo and issued a statement which said:
“Inclusivity is a core belief at Target. It’s something we celebrate. We stand for equality and equity, and strive to make our guests and team members feel accepted, respected and welcomed in our stores and workplaces every day.
We believe that everyone—every team member, every guest, and every community—deserves to be protected from discrimination, and treated equally. Consistent with this belief, Target supports the federal Equality Act, which provides protections to LGBT individuals, and opposes action that enables discrimination.
In our stores, we demonstrate our commitment to an inclusive experience in many ways. Most relevant for the conversations currently underway, we welcome transgender team members and guests to use the restroom or fitting room facility that corresponds with their gender identity.”
And this “Target” mentality has trickled into schools and caused disruption.
But with Trump refusing to entertain frivolous complaints, perhaps the LGBT community will learn, no one is paying attention to their faux cries of discrimination.
