Whoopi Speaks Without Thinking Again To Her Demise

Media is littered with liberal influence. Almost every program has an angle that favors the left in thought and action.

This is not a good and productive force for our nation. Brainwashing the minds of the millions who tune in to popular shows, people subconsciously buy into the sob story of an emotional driven theatrical twist.

One of the most popular day time programs is the controversial show “The View”. The political motive of the hosts and writers is no secret, and is not shied away from during the course of the hour long trashing.

The show has somehow survived long enough to make it to 21 seasons despite its poor reviews. Tv.com rates it at a 4 out of 10, and IMDb rates it at a 2.9 out of 10.

It would seem that “The View” is comparable to a car accident. It is awful, and the wreckage is immense, but you turn your head to see what becomes of the whole situation.

One of the most liberally vocal hosts on the show is the infamous Grammy winner, Whoopi Goldberg.

Goldberg spouts progressive rhetoric even where it doesn’t seem to fit appropriately into the conversation, just to make sure we all know how much she dislikes conservatives and loves her liberal ways.

On a recent airing, Goldberg makes an offensive false analogy when speaking about Vice President Mike Pence and his rebuff by Olympian skater Adam Rippon.

The Daily Wire has more:

Last Thursday, waxing eloquent on that bastion of intellectual firepower, “The View,” Whoopi Goldberg lauded gay Olympic skater Adam Rippon’s reported turndown of an invitation to meet with Vice President Mike Pence by comparing Pence to a Nazi.”

Goldberg felt at liberty to make such a preposterously inaccurate statement because of a false allegation fabricated by the left that Pence “approved of gay conversion therapy.”

The allegation was never founded, and Pence has stated the comment is untrue. However, Goldberg continues to use these false charges as fact to back her agenda. But then again, she is a liberal, so that is not surprising.

The Daily Wire reported on Goldberg’s quote on The View:

A past controversy of his is coming back to bite him right square on the face because openly gay Olympic skater Adam Rippon reportedly declined an invite to sit with the VP because Pence says he funded gay conversion therapy in the past which Pence says is not true.” She continued, “But should they have a sit-down — should he sit down to talk with this gentleman who doesn’t even sort of recognize him as a person?” After intellectual giant Joy Behar joked about gay conversion therapy, Goldberg cited Pence’s positions on gay marriage through the years, concluding, “I think it would be like asking a Jewish person to sit down and understand where the Nazi is coming from. I think that would be a difficult thing.”

What?! The audacity of such statements.

First of all, “doesn’t even sort of recognize him as a person” is a demonizing statement of Pence and all conservatives, who speak on marriage being between a man and a woman. If Pence didn’t even recognize homosexuals as people, he would’t care whether they got married or not.

To compare Pence meeting with Rippon, to a Jewish person meeting with a Nazi is no where near a fair pairing.

Pence doesn’t agree with Rippon’s personal political views, but still had enough respect to want to meet with him.

The Nazis didn’t treat Jewish people with any dignity, they did not call and ask if they wanted to be taken to the gas chamber with their families, and then politely walk away if they were declined.

It is appalling that Goldberg would go to such lengths to try to validate Rippon’s refusal to have lunch with Pence. Again, another example of a liberal taking things too far.

Jamie Kirchick is a homosexual himself, and writer for Tablet magazine. He even pointed out how Goldberg was not in line with any actual facts:

To start, the evangelical Christian Mike Pence does not insist that gay-owned shops be boycotted. (Actually, it’s gay activists advocating that some evangelical Christian-owned shops be boycotted, but leave that inconvenient fact aside for the moment). Mike Pence does not allege that a worldwide conspiracy of homosexuals is bent on destroying humanity. He also does not refer to gay people as “vermin.” Nor, most significantly as far as this particular analogy is concerned, does Mike Pence believe that the United States government should track down every single last gay man, woman and child on earth, crowd them into ghettoes, herd them onto cattle cars, ship them off to concentration camps, force them to subsist on starvation rations, and gas them in a process of industrial-scale extermination the likes of which the world has never seen since, well, that thing called the Holocaust.”

This is not the first time, and probably not the last that Goldberg will make offensive and outrageous claims against anyone holding a conservative view.

Hopefully, the low ratings of the show reflect the intellectual prowess of the viewers. Knowing that the spurious claims by the big-mouthed hosts are bogus, is one reason that individuals still tune in.

Please let us know in the comments section if you see Goldberg being a force for the liberal movement, or if her extreme statements are a hindrance.
