You May Be An Unsuspecting Member Of Attachment Parenting

  1. We Have To Know For Ourselves

There’s only one sure way to trust the advice or direction someone is giving us, which is to check the internet, of course!

Part of being alternative to mainstream approaches is to know what other options there are out in the big wide world.

Then, once we have a wealth of information stored up in the ol’ noggin, we meditate on it while we are making lunch, while we are breastfeeding, and when we are driving to the natural grocer.

With all the things we do differently as attachment parents, the one thing we have in common with all moms is that we are trying to do what is best for our children.

Being an attachment parent, it is easy to get a little excited and ambitious in what we do, but it’s only because we have found a way to connect with our children in a way that works really well for us.

You may find that you can happily relate to one or all of these stereotypes of an attachment parent.  If you are just now realizing that this is you, welcome to the club.

Please let us know in the comments section if you are an attachment parent, and how your child responds to your parenting style.
