Bay Buchanan
Speaking of breaking glass ceilings, at the age of 32 Bay Buchanan was the youngest person to become United States Treasurer under President Ronald Reagan in 1981.
The position began in 1775, so that is a big accomplishment. On top of being a mother of 3, Buchanan now is the president of The American Cause, which has advanced conservative values leaps and bounds.
Longtime commentator for the Situation Room and other news programs, Buchanan sees politics in a different light having a master’s degree from McGill University in Mathematics.
