Star Parker has a beautiful story of coming from a life where she was a single mother on welfare in Los Angeles, to being married to a charismatic pastor and founding the Coalition on Urban Renewal and Education (CURE); a non-profit geared toward ending poverty through strong moral values and stable families.
She has authored two books, mothered two daughters, and increased Republican votes in her district when she ran for California’s 37th district seat.
Speaking out against big liberal issues such as abortions, gay marriage on multiple public forums, Parker has made reached a lot of individuals for a cause beyond herself.
