The “transgender” insanity has infiltrated its way into prisons – and you won’t believe the latest craze.
“Transgender” inmates are now insisting it is too “dangerous” to be locked up with members of their own biological gender, and they are asking for the choice to pick either male or female prisons.
Even worse, legislators in California agree with them, and have actually introduced a bill to give more “rights” to “transgender” prisoners.
The bill is called “The Transgender Respect, Agency, and Dignity Act” and lists a bunch of “classifications” it claims this bill will protect.
It goes on to define “transgender as”:
“A broad and inclusive of all gender identities different from the gender a person was assigned at birth including, but not limited to, transsexual, two-spirit, and māhū. “Nonbinary” is an inclusive term used to describe individuals who may experience a gender identity that is neither exclusively male nor female or is in between or beyond both of those genders, including, but not limited to, gender fluid, agender or without gender, third gender, genderqueer, gender variant, and gender nonconforming. The term “intersex” is a broad and inclusive term referring to people whose anatomy, hormones, or chromosomes fall outside the strict male and female binary.”
Basically, a bunch of nonsense.
The premise of the bill claims it will help “transgender” women (a man who thinks he is a woman) to be safe, as these inmates claim higher sexual abuse rates being locked up with other men.
To solve the problem these “transgender women” are requesting to be locked up with women instead.
But how is taking men with biological man parts and throwing them in with a bunch of women safe for the ladies?
It’s not.
As Mommy Underground previously reported, women have been sexually assaulted by men who have been thrown into prison with them, simply because they “claimed” to be a woman.
One man, a convicted rapist, claimed to be a “woman” and wanted to be put in a women’s prison and leftist judges sided with him and let him run loose with a bunch of women prisoners where he went on to assault more women.
And let’s look at the flip side…
… many people who decide they are “transgender” have a severe mental illness.
They need counseling and therapy – not someone placating to their illness.
If a woman decides she is suddenly a man – and asks to be put into a prison with other men – the likelihood this woman will be sexually assaulted is EXTREMELY HIGH!
Despite the fact this woman “thinks” she is a man – she has biological female parts.
And if you put a true female into a block of male prisoners, it’s just a disaster waiting to happen.
As more and more politicians and leftist judges show sympathy to the LGBT agenda, horrific things, like sexual assault, will continue to happen.
