Liberal Kids Are Allowed To Skip Class While Conservative Kids Get Expelled

The political divide has scarcely been so extensive as it is today.

Liberal politicians are making legislative decisions based on any skewed opinion that furthers their agenda, despite the people it may hurt.

It is not uncommon for the left to target children in their efforts to brainwash the up and coming generation to carry out their bidding, and this past week hasn’t been any different.

New York City has made history with recent landmark laws- and not in a good way.

As Mommy Underground has previously reported, New York passed the Reproductive Health Act that allows children in the womb to be murdered all the way up to the day they were supposed to meet their parents.

Attacking children inside the womb was not enough for liberal mobs, so the ruthless New York governor Andrew Cuomo decided to see what he could do about spreading his agenda in the schools.

As many Americans have heard through the widespread media attention, there was a “Climate Strike” on Friday.

What are the “climate strikes” exactly?

They are part of the Global Week For Future, inspired by teenage Swedish climate activist Greta Thunberg, where a series of strikes and protests all over the world are supposed to make the powers that be take action against climate change.

New York City’s public school district has the responsibility of educating every one of their 1.1 million students, as long as it doesn’t interfere with a liberal protest day.

Cuomo, in all his wisdom, has allowed every one of New York City students to skip school this past Friday to attend the Climate Strike, as long as they have a permission slip from their parents.

According to Scary Mommy, participating in one of these protests is “just as effective, if not more so, than sitting in the classroom when it comes to what they’re learning.”

Effective at what? Becoming ‘liberal of the year’? Because it’s not as effective at teaching you anything that will help you in real life.

Refinery 29 reported on the explanation by the organizers as of what they want to see change from these strikes and protests:

Our hotter planet is already hurting millions of people. If we don’t act now to transition fairly and swiftly away from fossil fuels to 100% renewable energy for all, the injustice of the climate crisis will only get worse.”

It was reported by Time that upwards of 300,000 people from all over participated in the climate strike in New York City, including leading activist Greta Thunberg all the way from Sweden.

And out of all those people, not one arrived by horse and carriage, nor were there hundreds of electric cars lining the streets.

If I had to take a guess, I would even say that little Greta from Sweden flew an airplane in to speak at the strike, only three days before the UN’s climate summit.

New York City’s Department of Education was happy to announce the excused absences from school on Twitter, showing the world how progressive they are by taking kids out of the classroom to hold a sign next to a herd of hypocrites who want rich people to change the weather.

The climate strike in NYC ironically happened the same day a 14-day grace period ended for an extremely invasive piece of legislation that barred children from attending class if they are not vaccinated.

According to an official publication from the New York Department of Health, Office of Children and Family Services, and the State Education Department, the mandate:

prohibits a school from permitting any child to be admitted to such school, or to attend such school, in excess of 14 days without sufficient evidence that the child has received all age appropriate required vaccinations.”

There used to be a religious exemption for being vaccinated, and an exemption for medical reasons, but this new mandate ignores a citizen’s rights.

Whether you choose to vaccinate or not, the bigger issue at play here is that New York City is becoming a medical proxy for your children, taking away parental rights and replacing them with government mandates.

School officials actually removed children from class who wanted to get an education rather than be at a protest or barred them from entering the school.

Taxes pay for public education and every resident contributes. All children of tax-paying, law-abiding citizens should have unrestricted access to public, primary education; despite political views.

Liberals say that we should have a right to choose what happens with our own body, but stand in stark contrast to that when it works against their plan.
