Parents in an Oregon town were fed up with having their teenage children forced to share restrooms with “transgender” students, so they fought back and filed a lawsuit.
But one leftist judge suddenly dismissed the lawsuit and decided to back the “transgender” students, and you won’t believe his reason why.
And now thanks to this judge, teenage girls at public high schools are truly in danger, and it’s only going to get worse.
Imagine being a high school girl wanting to change for gym class, and having a biological boy standing in the same room observing the entire thing.
It’s horrifying. And sick.
But at an ever-increasing number of high schools, it’s becoming a reality.
What seemed like a lunatic thought is actually what teens these days have to face, as the LGBT crowd has fully infiltrated schools.
No longer, do high school teens have the safety and privacy of changing or using intimate spaces, without “transgender” students right beside them.
And when parents finally said enough is enough and filed a lawsuit, they expected a common-sense judge would put an end to the ridiculousness.
After all, who in their right mind could actually justify a boy has the right to change next to a girl in a locker-room.
But in a stunning turn of events, it looks like the parents were wrong.
The judge actually had the nerve to say, that high schoolers aren’t “guaranteed a right to privacy.”
Meaning, that a teen girl didn’t have the right to expect only females in her locker-room.
LifeSite News reports on the Oregon ruling:
“High school students do not have a fundamental privacy right to not share school restrooms, lockers, and showers with transgender students whose biological sex is different than theirs.”
Students who are unwillingly subjected to seeing students of the opposite sex are not having their rights violated, U.S. District Judge Marco Hernandez wrote.”
A judge actually believes “transgender” students can share restrooms and even SHOWERS with those of the opposite sex.
This latest move shows how far the LGBT movement is willing to go to get their way.
But this isn’t the first time this has happened.
As Mommy Underground previously reported, the sharing of locker rooms with “transgender” individuals happens all the time.
And for teenagers, the “transgender” assault is even more horrific, as they are competing in gender-specific sports, and actually winning.
High school is becoming a breeding ground for the “transgender” movement, as they are known to play to the vulnerability and insecurity of teenagers.
Parents are being encouraged to pull their children out of any school that allows these types of policies to continue.
A teenager should not have to face fear or anxiety when using the restroom or changing for gym class.
And this latest act shows the real agenda of the LGBT movement – total domination.
Even more horrifying, this latest “win” gives further ammunition to “transgender” students to throw a fit until they get their way.
The danger of this precedent should not be overlooked.
What’s to stop sexual predators from taking advantage of the “transgender” loophole?
Nothing.
Which is why moms have got to speak up and act to protect their children before it’s too late.
