NYC Education Program Features Drag Queens Reading To Toddlers

The New York City Department of Education recently partnered with PBS to put together an age-appropriate program intended for children ages 3-8.

But instead of normal songs and stories – this program featured a grown man dressed as a drag queen entertaining these young, innocent minds.

And once you hear about the message he told them – you’re bound to be outraged.

It’s no secret children are impressionable and pick up on things quickly.

Which is why many educators teach kids fun songs that have catchy and easy rhythms, like “Wheels on The Bus,” so they can easily sing along.

But of course, the left just can’t stand to keep things pure.

They always have to push the envelope and look for new ways to hijack anything related to children – from songs to shows to even what they wear.

Recently, a PBS “educational” program took a simple children’s song and corrupted it into something dark.

A drag queen who goes by the name “Little Miss Hot Mess” begins singing the ‘Wheels On The Bus’ to children…

… except the words are changed to teach little kids how they can be drag queens.

The Daily Caller reported:

“Today I’m going to read from my own book, which is ‘The Hips On the Drag Queen Go Swish Swish Swish,’” explained Little Miss Hot Mess, who is reportedly one of the founding members of Drag Queen Story Hour.

“I wrote this book because I wanted everyone to get to experience the magic of drag and to get a little practice shaking their hips or shimmying their shoulders to know how we can feel fabulous inside of our own bodies,” Little Miss Hot Mess said.”

As he reads the book, he holds up sparkly silver shoes and tells children how they need to wear “bling” and snap their fingers just like him.

He concludes by showing the children how to “twirl their hips” and wear drag makeup… proclaiming they too can be “future drag queens.”

Unbelievable.

As if teaching a 3-year-old boy that being a drag queen is something honorable in life.

Of course, this is nothing new.

Mommy Underground has long reported on the left’s obsession with pushing the LGBT agenda onto children – which includes drag queen story hour at local libraries.

Some story hours even featured children giving drag queens dollar bills.

And sadly, instead of parents shielding children from this chaos – they willingly allow them to partake in the madness.

It’s one thing if grown adults want to mess up their own lives, but it’s unconscionable to push this agenda onto young children.

Toddlers don’t need to see drag queens reading stories and teaching them perverse words to classic children’s songs.

As parents, we should protect our children from such corruption.

But when a drag queen can actually get air time reading stories to children – we know our country has entered a dangerous place likely past the point of return.
