James Tubbs was just weeks away from his 18th birthday when he sexually assaulted a 10-year-old girl in a restroom.
California prosecutors refused to try him as an adult (even though he’s now 26) – and James was sentenced to serve time in a juvenile facility.
But since James now “identifies as “Hannah” – they are actually housing him with other females – and just wait until you hear the horrific details.
It is unconscionable to have the audacity to place a sexual ADULT male predator with juvenile girls.
This alone proves once and for all – leftists are more concerned with maintaining their LGBT-friendly agenda than protecting innocent girls.
A 26-year-old male adult should serve time with other men – in an adult prison.
But now – he has the ability to harm yet another young girl – simply because he “identifies” as female.
So how did this happen?
How is a 26-year-old male sexual predator allowed to be housed with females?
Well, since James was 17 at the time he assaulted the child, the case was filed in the juvenile court.
In normal circumstances, the case would be transferred to try James as an adult, without question.
But County District Attorney George Gascón refused to file a motion to move the case out of juvenile court – essentially tying the judge’s hands.
The little 10-year-old girl who was assaulted (and is now 18) is still traumatized from the event.
LA County played political games – and completely ignored the reality of the further harm they caused.
In fact, Jonathan Hatami, a deputy district attorney with the Complex Child Abuse Unit was so outraged at what happened – he called Gascón out.
The New York Post reported:
“There was evidence presented at the juvenile proceedings which showed that Tubbs sexually assaulted two young girls in different incidents in the past. The child victims will suffer lifelong trauma. Tubbs also has prior violent convictions and conduct as an adult,” Hatami told the Post.
“The victims will get no justice. The public will get no safety. George Gascón has sacrificed the safety of the public, the rights of the victim, and justice in order to follow his own political ideology. It’s an injustice against all of us, especially the young victims.”
Time and time again, LGBT activists claim that assaults aren’t happening, and it’s just “scare tactics.”
But this case is yet another example of a child assaulted at the hands of a sexual predator.
Recently, a teen girl was sexually assaulted in a school bathroom by a boy in a skirt – and school officials covered it up.
But those pushing the LGBT agenda are so rabid, they refuse to acknowledge anything that could hurt their cause.
Anyone who gets in the way is simply just a causality in their war.
