Employee benefit packages are all the rage, and many companies are seeking to lure new employees into their ranks with the latest and greatest competitive perks.

Some places add things like flex-time, a 401K matching percentage, or extended time off.

But one company added a bizarre component to their employee benefit package – an additional $3,000 to each potential employee to pay for their abortions.

Yes really – and once you hear the sick details of this latest employee “perk” – you’re bound to be outraged.

To start, it’s unconscionable anyone would specifically provide money to encourage their employees to get an abortion.

$3,000 is a lot of money – which could cover multiple first-term abortions, and possibly even several late-term abortions.

But this company is so obsessed with abortion – they’re even allowing employees to extend this benefit to help their friends and family pay for abortions too.

It shouldn’t come as a shock the company offering such ridiculous benefits is Avow, a pro-abortion political action and education nonprofit.

Boasting about their abortion stipend, Avow executive director Aimee Arrambide gleefully shared its details.

Repro Jobs reported:

“It was my goal upon starting this job to make sure the staff was whole… Some of the benefits included are employer-paid health, dental, vision, STD, LTD insurance, retirement match of 3%, flex time with core hours, remote working, unlimited paid time off, a three-month paid sabbatical after five years, six-month paid family leave, a $3,000 abortion stipend per year.”

Aimee actually believes providing an abortion allowance helps her employees become more “whole.”

This line of thinking reveals the true heart behind the abortion industry.

They often try and pretend they are “pro woman” and care about “healthcare.”

Even though time and time again, pro-life activists have showed the sinister side of abortion clinics and the dangers they present to women.

But Avow doesn’t even try to hide the fact they want abortion on demand.

In fact, Avow used to be called NARAL Pro-Choice Texas, but split from the national organization because they weren’t radical enough.

Now boasting in their new name, Avow explains the meaning behind their new branding and invites others to join them in expanding abortion.

Pro Choice Texas reported:

“To avow means to declare openly, bluntly, and without shame. Now more than ever, our state needs bold and unapologetic advocacy for abortion rights.

As an independent, Texas-based organization, Avow will continue our work at the state and local level — where the decisions that most impact Texans are happening.

Together, we can build a Texas where every person is trusted, thriving, and free to pursue the life they want. Learn more about our new name, inspired by bold and unapologetic abortion advocates like you!”

It is truly unconscionable a company would try and lure in employees by promising free abortions for their themselves and their friends and family.

If there was ever any doubt behind the cruelty of abortion – heartless actions like these speak for themselves.
