New York City Spends Over $200k In Taxpayer Dollars To Bring “Drag Queens” Into Schools

Imagine finding out politicians were scheming to bring “drag queens” into your child’s school…

… and then learning your tax dollars were paying for it.

This is exactly what happened in New York City – and just wait until you hear the outrageous details.

The left’s obsession with pushing “drag queens” onto children has reached an all-time high.

What started with “Drag Queen” story times in libraries, led to field trips to gay bars to watch them perform…

… and now they are even bringing “drag queens” directly into schools.

In New York City, parents were outraged once they learned a non-profit group called Drag Story Hour NYC had snuck their way into 34 different elementary schools – and bragged about it.

The New York Post reported:

“Last month alone, Drag Story Hour NYC — a nonprofit whose outrageously cross-dressed performers interact with kids as young as 3 — earned $46,000 from city contracts for appearances at public schools, street festivals, and libraries, city records show.

Since January, the group has organized 49 drag programs in 34 public elementary, middle, and high schools, it boasted on its website, with appearances in all five boroughs.

“I can’t believe this. I am shocked,” said public school mom and state Assembly candidate Helen Qiu, whose 11-year-old son attends a Manhattan middle school. “I would be furious if he was exposed without my consent. This is not part of the curriculum.”

Sadly, introducing children to the “transgender” movement is part of the bigger goal of educators.

They are using every opportunity they can to pollute the minds of young children – and they even have conferences and meetings to figure out new ways to do it.

And of course – President Biden is leading the charge – reassuring “transgender” students he’s got their back

Meanwhile – what some once used to describe as “conservative paranoia” over the “drag queen” problem – is now a reality.

“Drag queens” are in schools. They are performing for children. And they’ve made their way into every area of a child’s life – from the library – to even children’s television shows like Blue’s Clues.

Enough is enough.

In addition to parents standing up and taking a stand, what we need is politicians to use their power and authority to put an end to the corruption of our children.

Thankfully, some NYC Republican politicians are speaking out.

The New York Post continued:

“I am considering pulling funding to any school in my district that is implementing Drag Queen Story Hour,” said City Council member Vickie Paladino (R-Queens).

“We are taking hundreds of thousands of dollars out of the pockets of hardworking New York taxpayers … to fund a program teaching little children about their gender fluidity? Not. On. My. Watch.”

LGBT activists may think it’s acceptable to have “drag queens” read to toddlers – but it’s the furthest thing from innocent.

Let’s hope this drag queen madness comes to a halt and children can go to school in peace.
